Please note that all Family Law matters listed for hearing during the Circuit Court Family Law sitting 23rd March 2021 to 26th March 2021 (inclusive) in Naas are hereby adjourned back to the Office for a date.
A Judge will be available in Naas Circuit Court to hear any urgent Family Law applications. Please contact naascourtoffice@courts.ie in this regard.
Consent Divorces and Consent Judicial Separations will be dealt with on 26th March 2021 as per the list published on the Legal Diary. In order to adhere to Covid-19 guidelines please only attend the Courthouse at the time assigned to your case. Both parties and legal representatives must be present in Court with the signed and dated Terms of Settlement for ruling.
Pension Adjustment Orders will be dealt with on the 26th March 2021 as per the list published on the Legal Diary provided that all paperwork is in order.
